Innovative teaching ways for the next generation

Innovative teaching ways for the next generation

We remember that when we were in schools, our education used to be completely different than what it is now, our old ways were to study with pen and paper, write notes, and read from books; less practical studies and more grasping of theory, but that was fun too but only with our generation.

The new generation is the generation of mobile, technology and innovation, the children of the future need something new, a more practical way of studying whether it is English, mathematics or science and speaking of science our school is Best Science School In Pratap Nagar Jaipur.

Keeping the lifestyle of generation z in mind, today we will be diving deep into the world of innovative education at Ideal education Point (New Choudhary Public School).

Internet & information

Any information, knowledge, or subject related matter that you want to find out, you can search on any of the search engines available, and in a matter of seconds; lots of websites will be listed thousands of websites are out there with a plethora of information, I like to call this I&I in short.

How is this related to education? This technique is known as open-source learning, the students are free to use the internet to find the answer to a given problem or type in multiple queries on the internet and get solutions, something new is always discovered in this process which is beneficial for both the educator and the learner.

Students also use the web to digitally learn new skills and languages, do research on various topics, take online classes, and much more and we do have the Top Digital classes in Pratap Nagar Jaipur.

Simulation

The new generation, also known as generation z is the practical generation; even we sometimes got confused about a topic during our education, but at our time the latest technology was not available but now it is.

Simulation software is used to create 3d models related to the topic, these models can be animated to explain the topic in even more detail, this helps the students understand the topic better and it can also develop creative ideas in learners.

Learning via multimedia

The future children use phones, tablets, laptops, and sometimes flat-screen desktops (yes, desktop computers with CRT monitors are the grandfather of technology now) to listen to music, watch trending videos, movies on the internet and play video games.

So why not use what the students love in favor of learning, audio lessons, video lessons, educational games, educational music or even regular video games can be used for education (explained in the next point how video games work in education, but in my opinion, an entire blog or article can be written on how video games do it), each student has a unique learning style and what one student wants s what that student is given.

Video games teach moral skills

At first glance, video games look like a waste of time and energy, but when it comes to education digital, console or mobile games can teach a lot more than how to win that particular game.

  • Video games teach students to never give up, the pupil is always stuck at a hard level, when forced to repeat the level, again and again, the learner just decides to finish that level no matter what, this teaches the important life skill of never giving up
  • Video games teach teamwork, some games require more than 1 player to finish a level, the players have to do tasks together to win the level, this togetherness employees’ teamwork in a student’s life as well.
  • Video games teach creativity, there are some sandbox games where the player can freely create anything, the limit? Imagination, players have created buildings in that game that are so creative such as a building that holds lava, this is just an example of how video games benefit the creative side of the pupil
  • Video games may indirectly prepare the student for a real-life situation, some games make the players simulate life, such as cooking games, games where you run your shop(teaches math too), etc, such games prepare students, especially younger ones for real-life situations.
  • Video games are good for the brain, some video games require intense strategy and use of the mind to win which improves brain functionality
  • Video games increase vocabulary (trust me on this one), some games and apps use the hardest words from the English language that the students have to look up a dictionary to find the meaning of these words, this adds to the learner’s vocabulary.

But like it is said excessive of anything is harmful, we as the Best Arts School in Jaipur encourage our students to play video games, but only for a limited time so that our pupils can get the most benefits from it.

Robot teacher: – coders, developers, and robot scientists will love this point, artificial intelligence or AI-based robot teachers can teach just like a real educator or maybe even better, humanoid robots can store all information regarding subjects and teaching methods in a knowledge base (the boring technical term), the best part about AI teachers is the lack of tiredness and limited information, the AI will keep learning new ways to teach, that ensures that the students will never get bored.

These innovative ideas are loved by the current generation, but we must keep developing new ideas as the next generation will be even more into technology.
